This role involves providing real-time support to international customers via chat, email, and voice channels.
The primary responsibility is to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction by providing the best possible resolution.
The role also includes escalating complex queries when necessary and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Candidates must be 12th Pass, Diploma holders, or Graduates.
The position requires excellent written English and basic computer knowledge.
This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week and night/rotational shifts.
