Job Description

  • This role involves providing real-time support to international customers via chat, email, and voice channels.
  • The primary responsibility is to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction by providing the best possible resolution.
  • The role also includes escalating complex queries when necessary and maintaining strong customer relationships.
