Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from claimants, providers, and insurance carriers, evaluating concerns, requests, and problems
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients, considering psychosocial, cultural, and support factors
  • Prescreen injured workers, collect and review documentation, and coordinate approvals with regulatory adjusters
  • Place outbound calls and respond to emails as necessary
  • Update records in the system and ensure quality checks on transactions
  • Communicate policy information clearly and perform all required transactions using multiple systems and tools
  • Meet or exceed all performance metrics and operational targets
