Process Executive

Position : U.S Residential Mortgage – Frontline (Live) Underwriting

Location : Pune

Experience : 2+ years of

       Responsibilities/Expertise:

A Minimum of 4+ years work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting

Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital

Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios

Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction

Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)

Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection

Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly

Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy

Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility

Excellent logical and analytical skills

Ability to connect dots, identify red flags

Suggest improvement ideas to current processes based on developed expertise

Flexible to work in shifts

Ability to handle Business Email communication with no assistance

Ability to summarize notes (clear & crisp), key findings on underwritten loans

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Functional competencies (Includes Knowledge and Skills)

Eg. Underwriting, Closing, Processing

MS Excel E Should have good understanding and ability to use spreadsheets.

MS Office E Basic understanding of the office suite is nice to have.

Credit Services E Should have knowledge and basic understanding of finance, banking, and lending operations

Mortgages E Working knowledge in US Residential Underwriting
