Role Overview
We are seeking a
Process Excellence Manager to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business process optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business process improvement and customer service excellence across multiple functions.
- Identify gaps and implement process controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment of processes with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Manage change initiatives and provide training to teams on process best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of business process management and customer service frameworks.
- Expertise in process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
