Roles and responsibilities:
- Working with operations to identify project/process improvement opportunities which can start from a simple excel based solutions and can reach up to machine learning.
- Execute and lead Lean six sigma improvement Projects delivering tangible results for the business
- Effectively conduct risk audits for delivery processes & identify gaps/opportunity, solution & drive closure
- Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma
- Supporting Kaizen activities
- Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management
- Effectively communicate progress on Process risk audits & projects to senior stakeholders
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in understanding & implementation of LEAN Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC, DMADV (Six sigma green belt certified, Black belt trained)
- Experience in Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management
- Understanding of risk management and quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, MP tools)
- Execute and lead projects delivering tangible results for the business
- Planning and organizing skills, Analytical ability, Attention to details, Decision-making, Good communication
- Working knowledge of Minitab
