Role Overview

The Operational Excellence Manager drives continuous improvement across global mobility operations within Vialto. For the immediate future, the primary focus of this role will be establishing, validating, and maintaining standard times across multiple operational processes. This includes following a structured methodology, ensuring consistency across teams, and creating a reliable baseline for productivity and planning.

Alongside the standard time program, the role also contributes to broader process improvement efforts such as streamlining workflows, reducing waste, and supporting consistent service delivery. The individual will work with cross functional teams to identify gaps, oversee improvement projects run by subject matter experts, and deliver selected projects directly. The role is closely linked to automation initiatives, so experience in automation is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods.
  • Define, validate, and maintain standard times for operational activities.
  • Map end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive standardization.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Support automation opportunities, productivity tracking, and reporting.
  • Train teams on operational excellence tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery.

Must Haves

  • At least 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
  • Practical knowledge of standard time methodology and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Green Belt certification.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in global mobility or professional services.
  • Experience with automation tools or workflow platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI and building dashboards for performance and productivity tracking.
  • Black Belt certification.
