Job Requirement Manager Quality / Process Excellence (F&A)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager - Process Excellence with extensive experience in the outsourcing or offshoring industry. The role involves leading process excellence initiatives, driving Six Sigma and Lean projects, and supporting large transformational programs involving process re-engineering and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Consulting Assignments: Deliver business value through quality initiatives and process excellence.
  • Drive Improvement Projects: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Transformation & Benchmarking: Oversee large-scale transformation projects and deploy best practices across accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure process improvements align with business goals.
  • Quality Governance: Ensure strict compliance and standardization in all process excellence initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Graduate (BE/B.Tech/PG).
  • Professional Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing quality and process excellence for large engagements, leading Six Sigma/Lean projects, and handling transformational programs.
  • Skills: Strong communication, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to drive cross-functional change.
