We are seeking a structured and results-driven Manager II Process Excellence to strengthen warehouse operations through standardization, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence across warehouse operations from inbound receiving to outbound dispatch.
You will lead operational optimization initiatives, establish KPI governance frameworks, and embed a culture of data-driven performance across warehouse teams.
This is a high-impact position requiring hands-on operational exposure and strong analytical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Process Standardization & Governance
- Own warehouse process excellence across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Design and institutionalize SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability
- Drive adherence to standardized operating frameworks
Performance Management
- Establish and monitor key operational KPIs, including:
- Productivity
- Order Accuracy
- Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Shrinkage and Damages
- Quality Metrics
- Lead structured performance reviews and governance cadences
Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities to improve throughput and reduce cost
Technology & Systems Optimization
- Partner with Technology and WMS teams to enhance system utilization
- Enable automation and digitization initiatives
- Improve operational visibility through dashboards and analytics
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Implement audit and compliance mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational best practices
Capability Building
- Lead structured training programs and workshops
- Drive change management initiatives to embed continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA preferred
Experience
- 37+ years in warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution operations
- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives
- Hands-on exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen methodologies
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proven ability to deliver measurable operational improvements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and dashboarding proficiency (Minitab or equivalent preferred)
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Structured, process-first mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
