We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our Process Engineering team on a full-time basis:
Roles & Responsibility:
- Identification of chronic problems in the process, determining root-causes and find robust solutions for problems and maximizing process performance.
- Support of setting up a new production line.
- Preserving and continuously improving process performance to reduce variability.
- Process window characterization of newly developed processes to achieve stable and repeatable outcomes.
- Leading yield enhancement project to improve profitability and production efficiency.
- High analytical ability, ability to collect and analyze data from various sources of information and to draw integrative conclusions.
- Supporting engineering data.
- Creating and maintaining working procedures.
- Determining root-causes for chronic process problem, improving process performance, characterization and development and yield optimization.

Requirements:
- Academic/Professional Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics)
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years in Electronics/ Manufacturing / Process Engineering field
- Prior experience in the assembly industry or similar industries especially in process engineering.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of manufacturing line production, processing and integration.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, documentation, coordination, execution and communication skills
- Knowledge of JMP Software will be preferred.
- Self-starter, motivated which thrive in a dynamic manufacturing operation
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
Strong analytical and statistics skills, English very good writing, reading & speaking
