Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct process simulations and analysis to improve efficiency.

- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in process engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of process design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical process control.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
