Role Description

The Process Engineer at Toyota Kirloskar Motor will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. This includes analyzing current workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation, and implementing technical solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, oversee operations, and enhance performance across the production line. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Process optimization, workflow analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Technical expertise in manufacturing, production engineering, and equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles
• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools
• Effective communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
• Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field
