Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to evaluate process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues in manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for process design and engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with quality control and assurance practices.
