We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and improving overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to analyze system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS.
- Strong understanding of process control and optimization techniques.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
