Job Summary

As a Process Engineer Specialist at Cyient Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining engineering processes. You will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows, implementing improvements, and managing change orders to enhance efficiency and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience on SAP-MM (end-user)
• Manage and execute Change Orders (COs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use PLM systems (ENOVIA) to manage product data, configurations, and engineering changes.
• Analyze engineering processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and material creation structures in PLM and SAP.
• Apply basic knowledge of ECO incorporation and process planning.
• Work in SAP across PR-to-PO and RFP processes.
• Develop, document, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Good Knowledge of Power BI and analytical skills is an added advantage

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field preferred).
* Proven experience in process engineering or a similar role, demonstrating strong Analytical Thinking skills.
* Extensive experience with Change Orders (COs) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
* Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with hands-on experience using ENOVIA.
* Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
