Role Objective
- Design, standardize, optimize, and automate business processes across revenue and cost centres to enable scalable multi-store growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end processes (Revenue Fulfillment Delivery After-Sales)
- Build and standardize SOPs across functions
- Apply Lean & Six Sigma to eliminate inefficiencies
- Implement BPM frameworks and process governance
- Drive CMMI-aligned process maturity
- Identify and deploy RPA/automation opportunities
- Build dashboards and measurable KPIs for operational performance
- Improve cost efficiency and cycle time
Required Qualifications
- Engineering background (Industrial/Operations preferred)
- Certified in Lean / Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred)
- Exposure to CMMI / BPM / ABPMP frameworks
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere or similar)
Experience
- 510 years in Process Excellence / Operational Engineering
- Experience in scaling multi-location operations preferred
- Retail / Manufacturing / Omnichannel exposure is a plus
