Process Design & Optimization
- Develop and optimize chemical processes to enhance productivity and reduce cost
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate process improvement opportunities
- Scale up laboratory processes to commercial production levels
Equipment & Facility Design
- Design and specify process equipment in compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment selection and procurement
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Implement and monitor process safety standards and operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with environmental norms and regulatory requirements
- Participate in safety audits, HAZOP studies, and incident investigations
Quality Control & Assurance
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain product specifications
- Implement in-process quality control measures
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze production and process data
