Role Title: Process Engineer Automotive Project Management (Planisware Expertise)

Function: Engineering Project & Portfolio Management

Career Level: Mid-Senior Level (5+ years experience)

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering excellence and digital innovation, using tools like Planisware Enterprise and PowerBI to shape the future of project and resource management.

Role Purpose

Drive operational excellence across engineering projects by designing and optimizing processes and digital tools for Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management (PPRM).

Collaborate with global teams, contribute to strategic decision-making, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Optimization: Develop standardized project management processes tailored to automotive engineering needs.
  • Tool Configuration: Design and Specify Planisware dashboards and functionalities to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Support project teams in improving schedule and resource data
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, identify gaps, and drive enhancements in methods and tools.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure synchronization with corporate processes and global standards.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct onboarding and capability-building sessions for new engineers and project managers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in project management or process engineering in the automotive or manufacturing sector
  • Hands-on experience with Planisware Enterprise, PowerBI, and MS Office tools
  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows and resource planning
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in EV, autonomous systems, or digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data analytics
  • Exposure to global collaboration and remote/hybrid work environments
