What You'll Do At Ather:
- You will be leading innovative digital manufacturing technologies implementation at Ather supported by a vast product suite of any solution provider.
- You will be helping Ather in reducing product development and implementation lead time by using various digital interventions.
- Virtual and physical build and validating of process
- Work on implementing POKA-YOKE to minimize operator error.
- Work on MBOM and EBOM
- Working knowledge in DFA/DFM
- Hands on Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP)

We are looking for a deep expertise in maximum of the below skills
- Vismockup - Virtual manufacturing
- Proficiency on DFA
- Process document management
- Hands-on experience in the Team center.
- Virtual commissioning

- Team center & MPP
- MES functional design and technical know-how. Hands-on on key MES products end to end implementation
- Basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java. C++ (any one of these)
- PLC basic knowledge including (C#, Python, SQL, React.js)
- AL ML based Vision systems
- PLMMES (Teamcenter), ERP, IoT / SCADA / PLC data connectivity,manufacturing data modeling, API-driven integrations, PoC Prototyping
- Digital Manufacturing & Process Simulation: Expertise in Virtual Factory Analysis, Process Simulation, and specific tools like Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate and IPS Harness Simulation.
- Digital Twin & Thread Architecture: Deep knowledge of Digital Twin concepts (Process & Product Twin) and Digital Thread enablement.
- IIoT, Cloud Platforms & Data Orchestration: Experience with Industrial IoT (IIoT) protocols (MQTT, OPC UA), Siemens Industrial Edge, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and data pipeline orchestration for shop-floor analytics.
- Data Visualization & Analytics: Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI.
- Project Management, Stakeholder Alignment & Continuous Improvement: Skilled in Cross-functional team alignment, Stakeholder management, Agile project delivery, and Lean & continuous improvement.
