Job Title: Site Process Development Manager
Division: Textile Effects
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Reports to: Site Director Vadodara, Gujarat
Department: Process Development Lab
Education/Experiences: PhD in Chemistry with at least 3 - 5 years, or MSc in Chemistry with at least 5 -10-year experience or comparable education/experience, preferably in production under (pre-)GMP conditions.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, develop, and implement chemical processes and technologies for new product launches and optimization of existing products, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and regulations.
- Lead development projects from initiation to plant implementation, including documentation, SOP creation, risk analysis, training, and troubleshooting.
- Design and optimize product-related processes focusing on quality, cost efficiency, and EHS compliance and yield improvement .
- Ensure execution and control of chemical process-related EHS legal and corporate guidelines.
- Lead and manage the process development team.
- Laboratory Experiments for New Products/ Plant Troubleshooting/Opex Saving initiatives
- Alternate Raw material supplier evaluation based on performance trial in laboratory
- Preparation Risk Assessment for Process, SOP, participation in HAZOP study
