Process Developer - RTR

In this role, the primary focus of this position is to support month end activities, GL close, balance sheet reconciliation and management reporting

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to AER domain.

• Should have relevant Finance & Account Record to Report experience for desire Role.

• Knowledge of tools like HFM, FIT and Blackline. Conversant of the Mfg. accounting with RTR background.

• Should have good understanding of end-to-end RTR with knowledge of BS Reconciliations, HFM Reporting, Revenue Recognition, P&L Reporting etc.

• Bank & Treasury Operation

• Should be open for all the Shift Timing's - Europe , US & LATAM

Minimum Qualifications

• CA/MBA or bachelor's in commerce with relevant industry experience with proven experience in Finance

• Relevant experience in Month End Closing, Balance Sheet Reconciliation , Bank Closing Activities

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in Record to Report

• Good Interpersonal Skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent MS Office skills and VBA

• Good Written and Verbal Communication

• Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude

• Understanding of Hyperion, SAP, Management reporting tools will be Plus

• Experience using Alteryx , Tableau, Power BI will be an advantage
