Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Partner Operations!
At Genpact, we support global SaaS and technology enterprises in scaling and optimizing their partner ecosystems. In this role, you will support core Partner Operations activities, enabling accurate partner onboarding, deal registration, governance, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities
.Support partner deal registration, incentive processing, and governance workflows
.Maintain partner records and opportunity data in CRM and PRM systems
.Review and audit partner submissions to ensure compliance with internal policies
.Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
.Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for operational reviews
.Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
.Maintain process documentation and support efficiency initiatives
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Good experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations or Sales Operations
.Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, NetApp, or similar enterprise software
.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
.Experience working with CRM or PRM tools

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Exposure to partner programs, incentives, or channel sales models
.Experience working with global, cross functional teams
