Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Master Data Management!
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills & expertise in master data with relevant experience and SAP/ERP experience is considered as a plus. Candidate must be comfortable to work as per agreed shift timings.
Responsibilities
.Provides and/or supports data analysis, requirements gathering & validating the correctness of requests.
.Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into SAP/ERP.
.Complete requests for master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data.
.Regular checks on validating details & domain checks (historical checks) related to New & existing master data.
.Adherence and being compliant to common minimum practice defined for Master Data Process
.Conduct regular quality checks to maintain a high level of accuracy in customer/vendor data management.
.Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide timely and accurate responses to audit inquiries and requests.
.Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data audit reports (e.g., elimination of duplicates, standard text formats).
.Special projects (e.g., listing of new customers/vendors and the unblocking of suspended) and other duties as assigned.
.Being part of a team that fosters collaboration and process efficiencies.
.Ensure to achieve agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and defined Key Performance Indicators(KPI) on a regular basis.
.Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
.Comply & understanding all Company specific policies, processes, and procedures.
.Ensure a high level of data quality and that satisfaction is always maintained.
.100% daily completion of workload.
.Demonstrate adherence to all business guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Commerce Graduate
.Relevant experience in a Master data team/Shared Services environment will be advantageous
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Good Communication skills - Advanced English speaking and writing skills
.Relevant industry experience for the position applied
