We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Invoice to cash (RCM)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & outbound calling
  • Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
  • Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests also Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund and follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution
  • Provide payment plans basis customer requirement
  • This role involves close collaboration with internal departments such as customer service, Finance team, benefits and eligibility teams, etc.


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications:


Education level required: Graduate in any stream
Relevant years of experience

Soft skills: Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written), Professional email writing skills, professional business telephone conversations
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions and negotiate effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Good customer handling skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and Verbal is required.
