Process Design Manager

Job Opening for Sr Process Design Engineer / Manager at Kalpataru Projects International ltd in the Oil & Gas division.

Summary: Responsible for process design & engineering for pre bid and detail engineering projects.

Education:

BE/B. Tech

Experience

10+ years- 12yrs experience into the similar profile

Area of Responsibilities:

• Preparation of PFD & HMB.
• Preparation of P& IDs.
• Preparation of piping line list, process Equipment list.
• Development of process Equipment data sheets.
• Preparation of control & operation philosophy and cause & effect diagram.
• Review vendor drawings.
• Interaction with vendors/Clients & DECs.
• Support in preparation of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Procedures
• Site visit when required.
• Participation in Hazop, SIL and other safety studies
• Attending FAT & SAT.
• Preparation of operation & maintenance manuals.

Competencies

• Knowledge of HYSYS,PROSIM,CHEMCAD,SHELL,Axens,EOP
• Knowledge of Hydraulic calculations

Skills :

Proficient in MS Office, Internet
