Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

General Ledger & Accounting Management:

  • Coordinate accounting activities across General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash & bank, indirect taxes, and accruals.
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and manage month-end closures.
  • Post journal entries and record transactions in ERP systems.

Financial Analysis & Risk Management:

  • Identify risks or opportunities affecting revenue, cost, and profitability.
  • Propose appropriate actions to optimize financial performance.

Compliance & Audit Coordination:

  • Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate audits, meet customer expectations, and provide updates for management reviews.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Contribute to change management initiatives and process improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
