Role Description
- We are seeking a full-time Process Coordinator for an on-site position located in Nashik. The role involves Develop, maintain, and monitor flowcharts for all business processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Coordinate and track each step of the workflow to ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines.
- Communicate relevant process information, updates, and requirements to all stakeholders involved in the workflow.
- Identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies in processes and report findings to management.
- Ensure process documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to relevant teams.
- Support teams in understanding and following approved workflows and procedures.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess and interpret data
- Experience in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management methodologies
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Work experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
