Role Description

  • We are seeking a full-time Process Coordinator for an on-site position located in Nashik. The role involves Develop, maintain, and monitor flowcharts for all business processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Coordinate and track each step of the workflow to ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines.
  • Communicate relevant process information, updates, and requirements to all stakeholders involved in the workflow.
  • Identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies in processes and report findings to management.
  • Ensure process documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Support teams in understanding and following approved workflows and procedures.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess and interpret data
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • Work experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
