Job Description
@ Provide order confirmations, updates, and real-time status tracking
@ Address sales teams inquiries regarding order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
@ Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolve delivery issues or
delays.
@Prepare tracking reports of all sales orders
@Coordination with Dispatch team , plant/ unit coordination regarding order progress
@Feedback of customers to be taken and add in remarks
Candidate Profile;
Must have hands on knowledge of Advanced Excel
Knowledge of Google sheets
Good command over language
Location : Head Office(Okhla Phase-II)
