Roles & Responsibilities
1. Planning and management of 45-50 workmen and 5-6 supervisors in weld body shop
2.Process Improvement to enhance Quality/Productivity/Safety/Rejection Cost/Logistics.
3. Administrative control of team, Manpower Management, Manpower Training, Skill Upgradation
4. Target Achievement & Loss Recovery
5. Hands on Experience on Line, Part loading Sequence, Line Data management,
6. Excess parts moderation & inventory control and monitoring. Production & Quality Target Achievement & Loss Recovery
7. Training of new supervisors and workmen
8. Knowledge of BOM and procurement system
9. Safety Production & Quality cost (KPI) Target Achievement
10. Knowledge of Production planning and control & procurement systems
11. Emergency and loss recovery planning capability
12. Direct and indirect consumables consumption optimization.
Functional/Technical:
1. Process Improvement to enhance Quality/Productivity/Safety/Rejection Cost.
2. Excess parts moderation & inventory control and monitoring. Production & Quality Target Achievement & Loss Recovery
3. Hands on Experience on Line, Part supply, Sequence management, Inventory, Line Data management,
4. Efficiency analysis of material handling equipment and continuous Improvement (KAIZEN)
5. Preventive checks and health monitoring of material handling equipment.
6. ECN parts monitoring, Stock correction after ECN implementation
7. BOM preparation and parts packaging planning and implementation
