Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate with experience in US Mortgage Title Search to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching property records, verifying ownership history, and preparing accurate title search reports for US mortgage clients.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review legal property documents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property title searches using online county records and title search platforms.

Examine ownership history, deeds, mortgages, liens, and legal property documents.

Identify encumbrances, judgments, unpaid taxes, easements, and other title issues.

Prepare accurate title search reports and supporting documentation.

Review and verify property data to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Maintain quality and productivity standards as per company guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies in title records.

Required Skills

Experience in US Mortgage Title Search / Property Title Research

Knowledge of deeds, liens, judgments, mortgages, and property records

Strong analytical and research skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Good communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working with US County Records and Title Search Tools

Knowledge of Title Abstracting or Title Examination
