Process Associate

Process Associate will be responsible for Tracing customers, making calls to debtors to negotiate and collect outstanding payments, while adhering to company policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on achieving collection targets.

Required skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in regional languages will be considered as added advantage. (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Hindi).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite
