Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities associated with Order Management.
  • Recognize potential risks or threats and suggest appropriate actions.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines.
  • Handle queries through calls and email follow-ups.
  • Work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:

  • Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 01 year of experience in the Healthcare domain.
  • Ability to handle queries effectively through calls and emails.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
