Recovery Associate - Loan Collections (Voice Process)

WEChartered Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (https://wechartered.com/en-in) is expanding and launching a new business division. We are hiring for the position of *Recovery Associate – Loan Collections (Voice Process)*.

Position: Recovery Associate – Loan Collections (Voice Process)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

* Outbound calling for overdue loan EMI and payment follow-ups

* Assisting customers with repayment plans and payment resolutions

* Handling customer queries related to loan repayments

* Maintaining records of customer interactions and follow-ups

* Achieving monthly collection and recovery targets

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline

* DRA Certificate is a must have.

* 1–3 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO processes

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English

* Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work

* Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
