Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate , Insurance Claims
In this role, you will be working with Claims processing support processes to manage email classification, set up and maintain claim files, perform FNOL and core tasks, validate data, support payments, ensure controls, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
.Process claims accurately, using strong attention to detail and understanding of claim documents
.Manage incoming emails, classify items, and move or assign them to the correct workflow.
.Upload, index, and update claim documents to keep files accurate and audit ready.
.Create claim files, enter key details, and complete checks when setting up new notifications.
.Maintain claim information by updating data, adding notes, and recording lifecycle changes.
.Carry out FNOL, SIR, loss run generation, and other core processing tasks as required.
.Review, validate, and amend claim information when discrepancies or data gaps appear.
.Handle internal and external queries by locating information in systems and providing clear responses.
.Support payment preparation by checking documents, validating information, and flagging issues.
.Assist handlers by retrieving documents, preparing updates, or gathering missing information.
.Log actions, maintain audit trails, and follow required controls for every processing step.
.Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards each day.
.Escalate any risks, unclear items, or exceptions that need higher level review.
.Support continuous improvements by spotting errors or process issues during daily work.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Graduate (in any discipline)
.Relevant work experience in claims processing
.Ability to communicate efficiently & effectively, both verbally and in writing
.Good at MS Office

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Analyze processes and procedures and identify errors or inconsistencies
.Knowledge of different P&C insurance process and procedure in US market
