Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, CLRA, shops & establishments, gratuity, etc.).
- Coordinate with client HR and finance teams to collect necessary data and documents for ongoing assignments.
- Manage intake and triage of employee queries via helpdesk platforms; escalate complex cases to legal associates.
- Support in preparing reports, proposals, and advisory notes for clients.
- Follow up with government authorities on registration, renewal, or compliance submissions, as required.
- Maintain and update project trackers, MIS reports, and documentation records for internal reference.
- Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for client-specific compliance calendars.
- Coordinate with client HR/Finance teams for data collection, clarifications, and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with PF/EPFO circulars, notifications, and relevant legal developments.
- Reviewing and analyzing claim files and related documents to identify any missing information or pendencies.
- Managing and maintaining databases of various types of claims and other financial information.
