- People, Culture & Performance:
- Manage hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, and exits
- Understand team roles and align responsibilities with structured performance tracking
- Support leadership in building accountability and monitoring systems
- Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and well-being initiatives
- Introduce policies that strengthen culture and align teams with organizational values
- Finance, Analytics & Business Monitoring:
- Coordinate invoicing, renewals, and payment follow-ups
- Develop understanding of revenue, profit, and expense structures
- Generate financial trend insights and support metric tracking
- Assist in structured financial reporting and compliance coordination
- Founder Coordination & Operational Governance:
- Manage founders calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Track action items and ensure cross-team follow-ups
- Improve operational clarity between leadership and teams
- Introduce structured processes, documentation systems, and efficiency improvements to support scalability
