Position Overview
The Workday EIB Specialist is responsible for managing End-to-End EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads across Hire-to-Retire processes, ensuring accuracy, SLA adherence, and zero escalations. The role involves close collaboration with operations, integrations, and support teams to deliver high-quality Workday data loads and continuous process improvements.
You'll Make a Difference By
- Manage Workday EIB loads across Hire-to-Retire business processes.
- Understand Workday business processes and execute EIB loads as per approved configuration workbooks.
- Handle EIB load volumes through ServiceNow ticket management, ensuring timely resolution.
- Design, test, and validate new EIB templates in Sandbox environments based on business requirements.
- Analyze and support inbound and outbound integrations to/from Workday.
- Troubleshoot inbound EIB issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate when required.
- Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in ServiceNow.
- Manage red alerts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure 100% accuracy, zero escalations, and compliance with defined SLAs.
- Proactively analyze existing processes and collaborate with the Team Lead to drive process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
Your Success Is Grounded In
- Strong understanding of Workday EIB concepts and integrations with 6months to 1year of experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Ability to support multi-country / ARE EIB requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
