Position: Process Associate (EV/BV)
Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EV/BV) for patients accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review insurance information, coverage details, co-pays, deductibles, and prior authorization requirements.
- Maintain and update patient records in the system with complete accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry skills).
