Key activities

Customer

External and Internal

  • Ensure correct and accurate Shipment Creation in FCM - TR to Shipment(Outbound/Inbound)in the system / Excel
  • Ensure to capture all milestone in the system / excel
  • Exception Management
  • Critical Order Management
  • Fresh desk - Ticket Management (Pre-booking/Spot Quote/NLR/ General Queries/Hot Shot/Claims & Complaints).
  • Daily Operations Calls with regions and customer Plant Operation Team
  • Customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery

Stakeholder

External and Internal

  • Ownership of the entered data, ensuring smooth operations without any backlog unless DHL non controllable
  • Responsible for timely & correct entry Shipment / TR Creation in FCM
  • Responsible for complying with all Policies and other organizational policies &security procedures / LLP Certifications
  • Adhere and follow GMP practise ,guidelines
  • Ensure understanding of Business rules and compliance to same.
  • Should be cross trained in other functions / Regions / Country specific activities to act as a backup whenever required.
  • Responsible for timely & correct entry of data as assigned by TL / Manager.
  • Meeting the KPIs set.
  • Achieve the productivity targets set by the Team lead based on the tenure in the system.

Process

  • Follow and adhere to SOP, exception process and set guidelines
  • Primary focus on the effective operation by ensuring accurate & timely Transaction

Entry in system / excel to meet Lead Time for reporting

  • Should be able to schedule time effectively and should be quick & accurate to respond
  • timely to the queries raised by using efficient work methods and tools

    Skills / Qualifications

    Key capabilities / Competencies

    • Ocean Freight
    • Must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Excellent typing Skills, 25w/m with 95% accuracy.
    • The candidate should possess Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) especially

    Basic knowledge of Excel - Vlookup, Pivot etc.

    • Understanding of Transport, LLP, 3PL, 4PL Operations
    • Flexible in working for various shift, including night shifts, able to handle work pressure
    • Teamwork: Works cooperatively with others to achieve target and objectives.
    • Accomplishes own tasks in support of team goals and actively offers to help colleagues.
    • Acts responsibly. Can be counted on to keep commitments. Complies with the intent of Policies, procedures and agreements. Builds others trust in own professionalism,

    Integrity, expertise and ability to get results.

    • Provides both verbal and written information in a timely, clear and concise manner. Expresses ideas effectively, adjusting style, tools and mode to the needs of others. Listens attentively, and summarizes or asks questions, when needed, to clarify information.
