Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Process Associates. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth communication with parents and internal teams, and maintaining accurate process records to ensure service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and support requests in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academics, and operations) to resolve issues

Maintain and update process records, trackers, and operational data

Ensure smooth communication with parents and students regarding services and support

Monitor and manage daily operational tasks and follow-ups

Assist in resolving escalations and service-related concerns

Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all operational processes

Support the team in ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
