Position: Process Associate

Experience: 02 Years

Education: B.Com / B.A./BBA ( or any non-tech bachelor's only)

(Note: BCA, B.Tech, or any technical background candidates are not eligible)

Work Shift: Night Shift - (Any of the following as per roster)(8:30 PM 6:00 AM & 11:00 PM 8:30 AM)

Cab: Both side

Job location: OPTUM Sector 144 , Noida

Salary :

Fresher : NATS/NAPS (no PF deduction) CTC : Around 1.8 to 2.2 LPA

1 Months to 1 Year : 2.42 LPA

Above 1 Year : Between 2.42 to 2.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, documentation, and transaction processing with high accuracy
• Maintain 24/7 operational support as per business requirements
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate effectively within the team to meet SLAs and productivity targets
• Follow all process guidelines during training and post-production

Required Skills & Competencies

• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM
• Typing Accuracy: Minimum 95%
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Willingness to work in night shifts and during non-Indian festival/holiday periods

Work Environment & Additional Details

• Working Days: 5 days a week (Roster-based)
• Week-Offs: Rotational
• Holiday Policy: Candidate must be comfortable working on Indian festivals & holidays
• Overtime (OT): Paid as per company policy
• 247 process coverage depending on client requirement

Training & Ramp-Up

• Training Duration: 2 months
• Leave Policy During Training: No leaves allowed during the training period
• Clear expectations will be set for performance, quality, and discipline
