Process Associate (AR Calling)- Day Shift

The role of AR Callers is to manage and follow up on medical claims with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services rendered.

Essential Skills / Aptitude:

Strong knowledge of US healthcare AR, insurance billing, and payer guidelines.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in working with aging reports, denials, and appeals processing.

Prior experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will be added on advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely resolution.

Check the status of submitted medical claims via phone calls or payer portals to confirm payment, denial, or pending information.

Identify reasons for claim denials and initiate corrective actions such as appeals, resubmissions, or escalations.
