Manage multiple stakeholder demand translating and interpreting business needs into actionable requirements and into deliverable solutions
Interact with internal customers as subject matter expert on process/data mining solutions
Develop/design/build compliance and controls monitoring reports defined for the entities covered in the scope, ensuring compliance, output quality & defined conventions / standards.
Implement process/data mining solutions but also develop predictive analytics on Finance Big Data capabilities
Meet Digital aspirations to leverage best technologies, including AI
Ensure high level of solution usability while meeting business requirements
Deliver Process and mining service to internal stakeholders, and Operationalize robust standard processes supported by tools and systems, reflecting best practices, supported by a control framework
Safeguard Novartis assets by enhancing financial control toolkit with modern technologies
Provide actionable insights into the business processes with focus on improvement impact and value generation
Meet Novartis digital transformational requirements, accelerate the time-to-value and drive measurable business outcomes

Essential Requirements:
Relevant years of working experience
MBA (Finance) or Equivalent/University Degree
Working experience with Process Mining Technology and in delivering Process Mining Projects (preferably leveraging Celonis)
Experience in Big Data, predictive analytics and process/data mining
Understand Finance Processes such as Order to cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report
Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
Excellent analytical ability with experience of creation and discussion of financial performance KPIs Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC, Qlik Sense is must
Experience in advance excel and MS-Office applications is must
