Job Description
W3Global is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to lead our training efforts for a staffing firm, focusing on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage and the complete recruiting lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of ATS platforms. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing, delivering, and enhancing training programs that enable our team to excel in recruiting and staffing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on the recruiting lifecycle and ATS usage.
- Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and real-life scenarios, to effectively teach new and existing employees.
- Assess and evaluate trainees&apos learning outcomes through tests, observations, and feedback sessions.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) sessions, ensuring employees apply skills effectively in a practical environment.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment leads to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the deployment of training programs, ensuring smooth and efficient rollout.
- Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to address training needs and maintain a consistent training strategy.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience for the Process Trainer position, with knowledge of the complete recruiting lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in on-the-job training (OJT).
- Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional
