Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to help streamline processes and contribute to data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process analysis, documentation, and improving business operations across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process analysis to identify improvement opportunities across the organization.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and create reports to support business decision-making.
- Work with IT and other departments to develop and implement new processes.
- Design and develop business process documentation, including workflows, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop KPIs to measure and track the performance of processes.
- Train and guide teams on process improvements and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in business process analysis and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio or similar.
