We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of process improvement. You will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-8 years of experience in process analysis and improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in process mapping and documentation tools
• Experience with process automation and optimization
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
