We are seeking a Life & Annuities Claims Process Analyst to manage and process life and annuity insurance claims. The role involves investigating claims, validating documents, calculating benefits, and disbursing payments while ensuring compliance with productivity and quality standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of collaborating with onshore/offshore teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, process, and disburse life and annuity insurance claims, including validating documents and calculating benefit amounts.
- Communicate professionally with onshore/offshore clients via email and calls.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Render overtime as requested by supervisors, including rest days.
- Evaluate team output and assist in process calibration.
- Facilitate team huddles and teach-back sessions as scheduled.
- Complete process certifications and developmental training.
- Participate in functional and company-wide activities.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and house rules (attendance, dress code, clean desk).
- Maintain key records such as working files and emails for audit purposes.
- Handle basic Excel tasks and support team efforts to meet goals.
- Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities, driving projects to completion.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in any non-technical field (excluding B.Tech, Technical Graduation, or Law).
Preferred Education:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 3–6 years of experience in Life/Annuities products and Claims.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to foresee issues and suggest solutions using impactful data.
- Basic computer knowledge with a typing speed of 35 words per minute.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Self-directed and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex data, supported by strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Preferred certifications: LOMA Level 1 and Gage R&R.
