Job Description

Overview

The PO & Budget Management Global/Corporate Lead's primary role is to ensure exceptional operational services are provided to Corporate and global functions ICC R2P team is supporting. This lead role will provide management oversight to 10-12 PO Analysts and serve as lead liaison between ICC R2P and US FP teams This role will also support transformation initiatives being led by the Transformation Center team. The individual will be responsible to implement process improvements and standardization within the capability.


Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead PO Budget Reporting - Global Groups
  • Oversee the end to end PO process for G groups to ensure accurate and timely PO issuance and invoice processing.
  • Be main point of contact for troubleshooting/ escalations within the SLA governance process.
  • Own governance and performance monitoring process. This includes building and presenting performance scorecards of the respective PO capability to key G Group executive stakeholders.
  • Build working relationship with functional teams developing a working knowledge of the work to be completed in the fiscal year
  • Manage tracking of completed POs accounting for remaining balances, needed estimates, open purchase orders for PO Team
  • Process estimates, generate PO's, and Good Receipt invoices during peak seasonality for Global Groups.

Business Transformation Lead

  • Partner with Finance Transformation team to design new ways of working for the Procure to Pay capability.
  • Improve and standardize existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop
  • Support other business transformation efforts related to the procure to pay digitalization for Corporate Finance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in accounting/finance
  • 7-9 years of Procurement work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn
  • SAP & Ariba application experience is preferred
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented organized in approach and in document maintenance
  • Ability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
