Key Responsibilities

  1. Create Problem Tickets for every priority incident.
  2. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and generate detailed RCA reports.
  3. Follow up with the Problem Resolution Team to ensure timely closure.
  4. Proactively monitor alerts and events and mitigate issues effectively.
  5. Work towards incident reduction through proactive and preventive strategies.
  6. Implement and maintain effective Problem Management procedures.
  7. Develop and update Problem Management procedure manuals for various IT issues.
  8. Continuously improve the Problem Management process and reflect updates in the ITSM tool.
  9. Provide analysis and statistical reports for incidents and problems.
  10. Support the Incident Management team during high-priority and recurring incidents impacting users.
  11. Attend client meetings and provide consultation on optimal problem-handling approaches.
  12. Prepare and deliver Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. ITIL 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT) certification.
  2. Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 Problem Management.
  3. Expertise in analytical thinking and RCA techniques.
  4. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present reports.
  6. Experience in service improvement and continual improvement initiatives.
