We are looking for a highly driven and knowledgeable professional with hands-on experience in
pre-IPO investment advisory. The role involves advising HNI/UHNI clients on investment opportunities in the unlisted market and driving revenue through strategic deal closures.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on unlisted / pre-IPO investment opportunities (e.g., NSE, OYO, etc.)
- Build and manage a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients
- Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach
- Execute end-to-end deal cycles: pitching → negotiation → closure
- Stay updated on private market trends, valuations, and regulatory changes
- Coordinate with internal research and compliance teams
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
- 2–6 years of experience in:
- Unlisted shares / Pre-IPO sales OR
- PMS / AIF / Wealth Management (investment side only)
- Strong existing network of HNI/UHNI clients
- Proven track record in high-ticket deal closures
- Excellent understanding of financial markets & valuation basics
