We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive sales of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and other structured investment products. The role involves engaging with HNI/UHNI clients, wealth advisors, and family offices to expand the firm's alternative investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution of AIF products (Category I, II & III)
- Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Conduct investment presentations, product pitches, and portfolio discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, product, compliance) to deliver customized investment solutions
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in AIF space
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and fundraising targets
- Maintain strong post-sales engagement and client servicing
Key Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in wealth management / investment sales / AIF / PMS / structured products
- Strong understanding of Alternative Investments, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Debt Funds
- Existing network of HNI/UHNI clients or distributors is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of revenue generation
